I’m Hristina, born and raised in the charming city of Bitola, Macedonia. For me, there’s nothing quite like the feeling of planning my next adventure; it’s a passion that ignites the moment I return from one journey and immediately start dreaming up the next. But when I’m not mapping out my future travels, I’m often lost in a different kind of journey, within the pages of a book, transporting me to worlds unknown.

 

My travels have been an inspiration to me, with each destination leaving its unique imprint on my heart. I’ve roamed the scenic landscapes of Macedonia extensively, with Ohrid standing out as the must visit destination here —a place that everyone should see at least once.

 

For a while, I called Ljubljana, Slovenia, my home, living there for close to three years. It was a chapter filled with new friendships, learning, and exploration. My longest trip took me to Tallinn, Estonia, where I spent an entire month immersing myself in its history, culture, and stunning architecture.

 

Of all the places I’ve visited, Budapest captivates me the most. There’s something about its beauty and vibrancy that just resonates with me deeply. Yet, it’s Greece, with its proximity to my hometown and its beautiful landscapes and beaches, that sees me return most often. It’s almost like a second home, familiar yet always offering new discoveries.

 

Through my travels and the stories I dive into, I’ve lived a thousand lives and ventured to the farthest corners of the earth and beyond. Each journey, whether physical or literary, makes me wiser and makes me want to explore even more of this magnificent world we live in.
