Never Say Netherlands
While tulips and windmills may be the first things people think of, there’s a whole lot more to the country of the Netherlands than people realise. And no, I don’t just mean gouda and edam cheese either.
Across the Netherlands there are a wonderful variety of cities and towns, brimming with culture and character. Amsterdam is certainly the most famous thanks to its canals and Red Light District. But there are also places to explore like Rotterdam with its curious modern architecture and The Hague with its art and culture.
