Although most of Sweden’s cities can be found down south, Lapland in the north is where you find the country’s wild side. Covering the northern quarter of the country, this is where you go for experiences like the “Midnight Sun” and Northern Lights.
Visiting Lapland is primarily about seeing the natural side to Sweden, which you can cover a lot of on the legendary Kungsleden hiking trail. Then there’s the incredible Icehotel outside Kiruna and the cheerful city of Lulea to discover.
